What do our Technical Assemblers Do?

Our Technical Assemblers assemble our products from small components to the final large cabinet assembly. You would be presented assembly drawings, parts, tools, and an area to work. Assembly starts with the cabinet assembly with nuts and bolts. There will be some smaller components to assembly with wiring involved. You will cut, crimp, pin, lug and strip wires and cables. The inside of the cabinet has wiring so all parts are connected to each other with proper gauge wire and connections.

You may have to stand, sit, or bend to be able to put some parts into the cabinet of the machine. You will use hand and bench power tools, torch wrenches, and assembly fixtures. You will have other coworkers working with you for complex parts.

You will be given work assignments so that you know what to work on. You will focus on assembling our products correctly, the first time. If you need to clarify something, we have leads and supervisors working right next to you so you can just ask. Managers are out on the production floor to resolve any issues that arise.

  • Be dependable and reliable to show up to work and do your job.
